Bryden Williams (b. 1990) is a conceptually driven artist, whose work is concerned with processes of decay and preservation, organic and artifcial dualities. He often engages with site as a means of challenging the containment of space, objects and time. Williams is currently a Masters of Fine Art candidate at Sydney College of the Arts whilst he has exhibited in Australia and aboard, most recently with PHANTASMAGORIA at the Bogong Centre for Sound Culture in Victoria’s Bogong National Park and through a solo exhibition Guessing at the Dead Man too Late in Kaskl Gallery, Berlin. Williams has recently been awarded the Fauvette Loureiro Memorial Artists Exchange Scholarship and continues his research at Sydney College of the Arts.
