Junction Dam Intervention 2015-17

Junction Dam Intervention (2015-17) is a site-specific work that engages with the infrastructural and geological aspects of the Kiewa catchment. Audio visual elements from a 2015 intervention performed beneath the spillway of Junction Dam using Williams’ Intervention Machine have been used to re-stage another iteration of the work, in the form of a roving projection and installation that responds to the spatial, acoustic and material aspects of Junction Dam through a ghostly human form of electromagnetic proportions.

This work was performed as part of PHANTASMAGORIA through the Bogong Centre for Sound Culture (BCSC)
