Surface Studies

Surface Studies explore sandstone abstractions through three-dimensional point cloud rendering. This image-based series utilises photogrammetry techniques to interpret movement within site visits to a weathered cave and plateau fissure in the present day Gardens of Stone National Park.

This work was first shown in October 2018 as part of the group exhibition Holes (working title), curated by Therese Keogh at Our Neon Foe, Leichhardt. It was reworked for the 2019 solo exhibition Surface Studies held at Lyttleton Stores Atelier, Lawson.
